In the mid 1920's, a new land deal began in Crete.
In 1922, Edwin Regnier and Robert Ewalt bridged the gap by creating a land development company, which sold mountain property to African Americans.
A second entrance to Lincolnshire was opened from Dixie Highway in late 1926.
