Executive Director Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing professionals and operational team to review prospective resident needs and to assure the ability of the team to satisfy them.
Establish working relationships with residents as well as with surrounding community to promote positive relations.
Participate in weekly Customer Service Planning meetings to maintain current knowledge of resident status and to ensure that the team is meeting resident needs.
Identify opportunities for service improvement through routine personal contact with the residents and facility staff.
Respond promptly to resident and family complaints or concerns and attempts to resolve issues to mutual satisfaction.
Ensure that systems are in place to recruit, interview, and hire people who are qualified and suited for their positions.
Oversee and participate in the continuing education and development of co-workers and maintains appropriate training documentation.
Ensure appropriate response and follow up to on-the-job injuries as reported by co-workers.
Oversee the maintenance of facility and grounds to provide attractive and comfortable surroundings and to ensure safety and security of residents, staff and visitors.

Executive Director Requirements:
Previous management experience in healthcare or service-related business.
Past responsibilities must include: budget preparation, supervision of at least five people with various functional responsibilities and successful interaction with customers (residents, patients, clients).
Must have one of the following qualifications as required by the Department of Public Welfare for Personal Care Home Administrators:
Licensed as a registered nurse from the Department of State.
Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university. College degree in business or human services field preferred.
Licensed as a licensed practical nurse from the Department of State and one year of work experience in a related field.
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Department of State.
Leadership qualities that inspire others to respect and contribute to the shared vision for success.

Responsibilities
The Community Business Director (CBD) is responsible for managing and supervising the business office functions at the community. This position serves as the community's primary resource for handling and managing questions/inquiries from residents and their families as well as from our own employees related to, among other things, cash receipts, billing, vendor payments, expenses, payroll and benefits. The CBD also coordinates and assists with maintaining accurate employee payroll and benefits data and is expected to be able to explain and instruct employees regarding benefit options.
Maintains and oversees specific processes for the collection and maintenance of resident data, which includes resident statement accuracy, review of resident agings, confirming level of care to billing accuracy, and resident demographic information.
Responsibly manages and supervises all front desk/clerical personnel including scheduling, assignment, direction, performance review (including input on pay adjustments), hiring and discipline consistent with company policy.
Assists the Executive Director with managing the community's operation by utilizing independent judgment and discretion to review and advise on billing issues, expenditures and budgetary matters for the community.
Manages and directs all accounts receivable, to include pursuit and follow-up of unpaid balances.
Ensures correct coding of the community's accounts payable and accrues expenses as needed.
Directs collection of on-site employee data related to, among other things, demographics, payroll, employee benefits and employee leave administration. Ensures employee files are maintained in accordance with Atria's policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
Primary community responsibility for assistance with month-end close process. This would include, among other things, accrual preparation and analysis of general ledger/monthly operating statements. Works with Executive Director to fully understand operating results and trends.
Diligently works toward the completion of special projects, request, and assignments as appropriate.
Serves as the community's “manager-on-duty” on a regular basis.
Assists in sales process by conducting inquiry tours as necessary.

Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Server Responsibilities:
Engage with residents by getting to know their preferences, special accommodations, personal interests and friendly exchanges.
Prepares dining room for meals.
Keeps all dining areas clean/maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
Assists residents with menu selector sheets.

* Partner with the General Manager/Executive Director and Divisional sales team to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
* Review and analyze available sales data for the community and the market and use this data to create goals and action plans to achieve sales metrics.
* Meet established targets for lead and lease conversion as defined in the sales and marketing business plan for the community.
* Work with paid referral partners, such as A Place for Mom, to develop and convert leads from referral and professional lead generation sources to confirmed move-ins.
* Respond to all potential leads with timely follow-up and ensure the CRM system is up to date.
* Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties.
* Work with General Manager/Executive Director to facilitate training and continuous coaching for any community staff that may need to field an inquiry call or conduct a walk-in or scheduled tour, engaging the community team.
* Make outbound sales calls to potential leads with the intention of scheduling a community visit and move the sales process forward.
* Promote and facilitate on and off-site events that drive lead generation and community tours.
* Manage the community marketing budget and maintain promotional branded material inventory for the community.
* Collaborate with the General Manager/Executive Director to develop and maintain an effective internal referral program with residents.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
* Two (2) years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of setting goals and achieving results.
* Skilled at creating relationships through various methods of communication including telephone, face to face, networking events, and on-site lead generation events.
* Exceptional persuasive problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with high demand for results.
* Ability to travel within the local market to attend various events for the purpose of developing lead generation.
* Proficient with CRM tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
