The MachineOperator maintains efficient operations of machine, including operation of filler, wash cycle, and tie-ins to silos.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reloads Maintain continuous operation including loading of paper cartons/bottles and juices (including the changing of silos).
Obtains correct packaging materials and other necessary materials to perform work and adequately assists in record keeping of material usage.
Performs the CIP, and wash cycles for machines including silo CIP, filler CIP, and pressure wash areas, as well as ensures equipment readiness for next run.
Monitors quantities to production schedule so that the correct quantities are run, do necessary efficiency paperwork, and do monitor weights of filled cartons as well as dye checking for leaks.
Completes all associated production paperwork in a neat, accurate, and timely manner.
Monitors products to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Monitors product specifications to ensure correct codes are being utilized.
Performs all necessary quality checks and testing as determined by the Quality Department or management.
Adjusts machinery as necessary for optimal production.
Complies with all Company policies, procedures, and safety rules and maintains a clean and well-organized work area.
Ensures routine quality checks are performed on product to verify product brix, codes, and package types.
Ensures machines are running to standard efficiency.
Performs routine operator maintenance, including filling peroxide and changing filters as necessary, change defective u-cups in valves and maintaining fluid levels in coders.
Accurately records production, machine efficiency or inefficiencies, and machine downtime to assure that the production schedule is met.
Performs other duties as assigned.

General labor support of plant operations & housekeeping requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.
Hand stacking & palletizing of finished goods in preparation for customer shipment.
Maintaining case sealer (top and bottom tape dispensers).
Monitoring and correcting case palletizer as needed.
Loss control of product and packaging.
General maintenance tasks in preventative care of equipment such as grease & lubrication application.

Set up coating press for run, as per batch record instruction. Make any machine adjustments necessary during the batch run as required.
Visually inspect coating machine as it is running to verify the machine is running within normal and safe operation.
Performs “Minor” and “Major” cleaning in the designated coating rooms.
Checks and verifies the ingredient weighed in batch record entries, reports any discrepancy to Supervisor or designee.
Maintain coating machine in good working order, inspect for wear, on nozzles spray guns and have any worn or malfunctioning parts evaluated and reported to Supervisor or Manager.
Maintain the weighing scales neatly and cleanly to check the calibration status. If the calibration status is out of due date, inform Supervisor.
Responsible for area cleanliness of the coating machine and coating room.
Checks the tablets for physical defects like sticking, chipping, and capping during the entire run of coating.
Responsible for online documentation in all coating operations. Checks and reviews batch records for accuracy.
Properly identifies the blend and tablet rejections and segregates them from the good, coated tablets.
Inform supervisor or group leader of any issues during the coating process including abnormal machineoperation.
Qualifications:

1 year or more operating a coating machine in a manufacturing environment

Duties & Responsibilities:
Reloads Maintain continuous operation including loading of paper cartons/bottles and juices (including the changing of silos).
Obtains correct packaging materials and other necessary materials to perform work and adequately assists in record keeping of material usage.
Performs the CIP, and wash cycles for machines including silo CIP, filler CIP, and pressure wash areas, as well as ensures equipment readiness for next run.
Monitors quantities to production schedule so that the correct quantities are run, do necessary efficiency paperwork, and do monitor weights of filled cartons as well as dye checking for leaks.
Completes all associated production paperwork in a neat, accurate, and timely manner.
Monitors products to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Monitors product specifications to ensure correct codes are being utilized.
Performs all necessary quality checks and testing as determined by the Quality Department or management.
Adjusts machinery as necessary for optimal production.
Complies with all Company policies, procedures, and safety rules and maintains a clean and well-organized work area.
Ensures routine quality checks are performed on product to verify product brix, codes, and package types.
Ensures machines are running to standard efficiency.
Performs routine operator maintenance, including filling peroxide and changing filters as necessary, change defective u-cups in valves and maintaining fluid levels in coders.
