Danielle Burkhardt SHRM CP is a Start-Up CPO at Countsy and is based in San Jose, California. Greg is an experienced finance and corporate development executive in the technology sector with Countsy where he acts as a financial partner to Founders and CEOs with an emphasis on accounting, finance, strategy, human resources and operations. He has extensive experience in the data analytics and SaaS software fields with both public and private, venture-backed startups. He led the finance and corporate development team at the venture-backed real estate data and analytics software company, Red Vision Systems, helping to grow revenue to $60 million prior to its sale to First American; and in his role as an independent advisor has helped a range of software startups, such as Marketing Decision Science, Bioplate, Total Loan Company, Baton Financial, Talkable, Infocentricity et al with their strategic, financial and operational challenges.

Colleen Zoodsma is a Startup CFO / Head of Operations at Countsy and is based in Santa Clara, California.

Raffy J. Ohannesian is a Startup CFO at Countsy, Managing Partner at Group Phoenix Advisors, and Managing Member & Chief Financial Officer at VIRTALUS and is based in Greater Los Angeles Area. He attended Pepperdine University between 1999 and 2001 and UC Berkeley between 1990 and 1991.

Joe currently provides outsourced CFO, accounting and finance services to startups and high growth companies. He has extensive experience working with early stage companies.

As CFO, Niall O’Cathasaigh is the senior executive responsible for sound fiscal management of all financial operations and human resource activities, as well as overseeing capital raising efforts and financial reporting for board and other stakeholder communications. Niall has been working as a founder and consultant with startups and growth stage companies in the US, Europe and Africa for over 20 years. He works with Countsy, an innovative professional services firm that specializes in working with venture funded startups to provide end to end strategic and back office services. His experience includes work with over 30 startups in the Bay Area, with a focus on healthcare companies, providing financial transparency and strategic guidance as well as enabling funding rounds and acquisitions. Niall is also a founder and partner of ManoCap, a private equity fund management company that makes equity investments in small to mid-cap enterprises in West Africa. Prior to that he worked at Apple’s European divisions in Ireland and France. Niall is a qualified financial professional (CIMA). He holds a postgraduate degree in business from University College Dublin, and a joint BA in History and Classical Civilization from University College Galway and Universite De Poitiers.
