Makes referrals to other disciplines as indicated by the patient's identified needs or documents rationale for not doing so. Qualifications One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance. Note - If less than 6 months clinical experience as a RN, candidate must participate in RN Intern program.
