Pros of working at County of Riverside

Pay, 403b are ok, could be better

Cons of working at County of Riverside

politics, supervisors not qualified and trained d/t by politics, stressful led and overworked, harassed staff…sums it all up HR does not stand up or protect employees. Union can only do so much. Lots of supervisors are known to be bad but Regional managers, and managers seem to defend them or look the only the other way. Employees get tired of all this and can’t wait to leave. Lots of good people have left and will leave. County just hires anyone they can in masses as they know most people will not stay. This is the continuing cycle. County has been in the news many times about high turnover, high case load, and poor working conditions…don’t believe anything else as this seems to be the way it is everywhere working at County…just another mess in government employment

County of Riverside Benefits

401b but County can match, or make benefits better if they wanted to
