The SSenior Strategic Value Advisory Director is a strategic, customer-facing consultant responsible for partnering with account executives and solution architects to shape, position, and deliver business value across large enterprise and global strategic accounts (Fortune 500, etc.). Be a key leader focused on driving new business for Workday
Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support

About You
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of field sales management experience as a SaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition, with additional 10+ years as a field sales representative
Experience selling cloud/ SaaS/ ERP solutions
Experience selling to State and/or Local Government agencies
Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment
Experience as a leader in a team selling environment
Other Qualifications
Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts

* Lead live training: instructor-led workshops, virtual skill labs, bootcamps, and reinforcement sessions that emphasize practice, feedback, and behavior change.
* Create short-form learning assets: recorded coaching, video role-plays, microlearning modules, practice scenarios, assessments, and facilitator guides.
* Coach sellers and managers in one-on-one and group settings, targeting observable behaviors and measurable skill improvements.

WHO YOU ARE
* 7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles in B2B SaaS with direct experience training quota-carrying sellers.
* Demonstrated success designing and delivering skills-focused learning that improved seller behaviors and measurable performance outcomes.
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills; comfortable leading live sessions and conducting role-play-based skills practice.
* Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, Command of the Message) and ability to translate methodology into practical seller behaviors.
* Experience using coaching tools and sources of truth for skills diagnostics: call recording platforms, LMS, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and enablement analytics.

We are looking for a strong people manager, with deep Compliance experience, technical expertise, and information security knowledge to plan, execute and deliver on existing and new Compliance certifications. As our Sr. Compliance manager, you will play a key role in building scalable and efficient processes related to corrective actions, product compliance, and the overall compliance framework.

Support and drive regulatory and customer audits
Drive improvements in existing processes and develop new, innovative, and efficient solutions
Communicate gaps to management and coordinate cross-functional team meetings to remediate and close control gaps

WHO YOU ARE

Experience working with and implementing GRC tools and processes
Familiar with cloud computing (GCP and AWS a plus) and the acronyms that come with it - SaaS, IaaS and PaaS

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
