Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior courier, delivery, or healthcare experience is required. Licensed and Ready to Drive: Valid California driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance are required. A Class B license and at least five (5) years of driving experience with no more than one (1) moving violation or at-fault accident in the last three (3) years are also needed. Reliable and Punctual: Strong reliability, time management, and organizational skills to keep deliveries on schedule. Physically Capable: Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds and work on your feet as needed. Independent but Team-Oriented: Comfortable working solo on the road while staying connected with dispatchers and supervisors.
