Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) + Must be able to obtain and maintain driver's license. + Must be able to obtain and maintain a CDL Driver's license. + Possession of a Master Driver Trainer Certificate from an accredited agency desired EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: + Must have at least two years' experience as a contractor or military master driver /master trainer and instructor on military vehicles. + Must be team oriented; possess excellent organizational, time management and writing skills to include analyses. + Must be computer and software literate, experienced in Microsoft applications. + Must have good platform skills and experienced in classroom instruction. + Familiar with U.S. military branches of service. + Excellent customer service skills; clear and coherent speech; ability to work with others + Ability to present technical information clearly and simply. + Ability to perform to standards of AR 600-55.
