Essential Duties and General Responsibilities for Parts Warehouse employees include the following:
Warehouse staff will be assigned to a work group. This will be their primary workload, but they will be used as deemed necessary by the manager as the workload, finish time or outstanding projects warrant.
All paperwork is to be organized and relayed to the manager in a timely fashion.
All shipped packages are to be organized, professionally and well-documented for the benefit of the receiver and for the reputation of the dealership.
All staff is to communicate safety hazards immediately to their manager.
When discrepancies in stock are identified, warehouse staff is expected to immediately take note of it and pass it to their manager.
Toward the end of the shift all Warehouse Staff is responsible for cleaning, making sure all of the day's orders are correctly inventoried, all trash is taken to the dumpster, metal recycling, cardboard recycling and the bullpen and loading dock areas are clean and free of trash and parts.
Customer Order Puller
This staff is to pick parts for delivery orders, will call orders and appropriate front counter orders.
The minimum acceptable quantity pulled per day is 100.
This staff is expected to communicate with the Warehouse Manager when the number of orders pending picking exceeds 30 minutes of work.
This staff is to write their initials by each part they pull on the pick ticket.
This staff is to write the time they finished pulling an order on the pick ticket.
This staff is to bring to the Warehouse Manager's attention any parts that cannot be located.
Stockers
This staff is to identify parts for specific customers that were shipped “Stock”, record receipt of these parts and immediately give them to the Shipping and Receiving for processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Parts Delivery Drivers include the following:
Drivers must possess a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle they operate and keep the license with them at all times while operating the vehicle.
Drivers are to abide by the Company Vehicle Driving Guidelines appended to this .
Drivers are expected to make between 16 and 18 deliveries and pickups per day that are comprised of at least four runs. The delivery quantity depends upon the routes they have been assigned.
Drivers are to place parts where the customer wants them in the customer's facility. Customers are not expected to assist; it is our task and our task alone to do this. Any reasonable request our customers make is to be cheerfully accepted and performed.
No matter what assistance drivers receive at the dealership, they alone are responsible for making complete, accurate deliveries. Drivers are to check every order against the invoice for accuracy. Any incorrect parts numbers and/or missing parts should be brought to the Dispatcher's attention so they can remedy the situation.
Drivers are expected to pick up dirty cores from customer facilities each time they make a delivery and cores are available. Cores must be tagged by the driver.
All returns are to be given to the Warehouse Manager or designate.
Communication devices are assigned to every driver; they are expected to have them on and be able to be contacted.
When transacting directly with the customer, ensure all pertinent paperwork, including invoice, credit card, etc are signed.
When drivers receive payment by a customer that is made by check, they are to call the dealership and talk with the Leadman during day hours and back counter during off-hours to get approval of the check. If the check is denied, the parts may not be left.
Drivers will use the “Houston Freightliner, Sterling, Western Star Route Sheet” and fill it out correctly and completely. This form is to be turned into the dispatcher or their designate if they are not available.
While in the warehouse, drivers are expected to assist in picking parts for their next set of deliveries.
While in the warehouse, if there are no pending deliveries, drivers are expected to assist in the work of the warehouse.
Because of the nature of their position, drivers spend most of their day away from the dealership, often take lunch break away from the dealership and do not have access to punch in and out. A lunch will be automatically assessed unless otherwise discussed and approved by their manager.
Employee Expectations: ALL Parts Department Employees
Act in accordance with the policies and procedures established by Parts Department Manager and in the current Employee Handbook.
Behave professionally.
Work at least 40 hours per week and the ability to work weekends.
Ensure that the Parts Department is clean and professional.
All staff is expected to keep an eye out for the company's high-profile customers and go above and beyond what is normally expected.
Stay up to date with training requirements, including Freightliner LLC, Sprinter, Detroit Diesel, KPA.
Treat the tools they have been provided with care i.e. computer, telephone, etc. Keeping their workplace tidy and organized.
Operate company equipment in accord with all safety requirements and manufacturer specification, safely and courteously and vehicle laws.
Promptly report all suspicious or illicit behavior e.g. theft, potential altercations, customers misusing vending machines.
Wear company issued uniform at all times, as appropriate.
Perform miscellaneous work-related tasks as directed by their manager.
In the event of separation of employment, an employee must work a complete month in order to receive any bonus that may have been awarded.

POSITION SUMMARY
Driver operates a truck that transports solid waste to and from specified destinations. Size of truck is more than 5 tons.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates a Front End Load commercial/solid waste or recycling collection truck and ancillary equipment on assigned route to commercial container customers, while providing excellent customer service
Deliver solid waste/recyclables to designated disposal/recycling facility
Load solid waste and or recyclables using automated FEL to service 2 yard to 8 yard commercial containers
Properly operates joystick to control front loading arms and forks to connect to container, watching for unintended contact with obstructions around the FEL container
Safely raise the container to unload into the truck hopper, makes sure adequate overhead clearance ensures no contact with structures, power lines, date lines or trees that may cause damage or injury
Practice proper backing procedures after servicing the container using cameras making sure back up alarms are working properly
Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery and pickup of containers to ensure timely service

"Job Title: Bus Driver Wage/Hour Status: Nonexempt Reports to: Director of Transportation Dept./School:Transportation Primary Purpose:Ensure safe and orderly transportation of students on assigned route. Operate school bus that transports students and other authorized personnel to and from schools or other designated location.
Qualifications:Education/Certification:
Clear and valid Texas commercial driver's license with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Must be 18 years of age
Ability to pass alcohol and drug test
Ability to complete required bus driver safety training
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of student discipline procedure
Ability to manage student behavior

Major Responsibilities and Duties:Vehicle OperationFollow assigned route and adhere to established schedules.
Drive bus to and from extracurricular activities.
Check bus for mechanical defects before and after each operation and notify supervisor of needed repairs.
Report all accidents, vehicle damage, student injuries, and mechanical failures. Complete required reports.
Keep assigned bus clean and fueled.
Supervise students while they board and leave the bus and cross the street.
Communicate with teachers and parents on a daily basis regarding student behavior while on bus.
Maintain discipline; report student discipline problems to appropriate administrator.
Instruct students on safe riding rules and regulations.
Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations for school buses.
Inspect bus by checking fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, brakes, and steering to ensure bus can be operated safely before driving.
Ensure proper condition of emergency equipment, such as first aid kit, fire extinguisher, flags, fuses, crow bar, and reflector.
Correct unsafe conditions in work area that could cause an accident and inform supervisory of any conditions that are not correctable immediately.
Install snow chains during inclement weather.
Report any hazardous conditions along the route.
Operate two-way radio equipment to communicate with transportation office.
Work irregular hours as needed.
Attend and complete required training program to maintain safety certification.
Keeps records on bus mileage, gas and oil consumption, and number of passengers transported.
