Location & Hours
Duco's headquarters is in the Mission neighborhood in San Francisco, CA. We operate on a hybrid work model: all employees are required to work from the office two designated days per week and may work remotely the other days. Employees attend about three week-long offsites each year. Occasional travel and other in-person activities, conferences, trainings, etc., may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
You will receive a generous combination of salary, bonus, stock options, and access to a 401k and FSA plan. Additionally, Duco offers to pay 100% of employees' healthcare plan premiums, which include medical and dental, and $1,000 per year towards professional development opportunities of your choice. The base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000-$80,000 and will receive a bonus based on individual and company performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operations:
Delivery and pick up of restroom units to customer site based on company guidelines
Maintain and service assigned company vehicle (refuel, check tire pressure, etc.)
Assist with light maintenance and repairs of equipment such as replacement of broken or worn parts on units
Assist with fencing projects as needed (loading/unloading materials and installing on-site)
Assist with moving company equipment and loading/unloading supplies using a forklift (MUST be forklift certified by company)
Assist with maintaining facility and yard clean (sweeping, picking up trash, etc.)
Assist with thoroughly cleaning and stocking restroom units based on company guidelines
Assist with washing restroom units inside and out with garden hose
Assist with washing company vehicles as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Pulls, packs, delivers and picks up medications, supplies and basic equipment.
* May instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment, durable medical equipment, oxygen equipment, and other equipment/services approved by state licensure limitations.
