EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
1. High school graduate or GED.
2. Hold a current LouisianaDrivers License with no exclusions or citations
3. License will be cleared through the Department of Motor Vehicles and SWLA insurance carrier annually (ODR report).
4. Knowledge of how to handle materials safely, such as prescriptions and vaccines

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Commercial Driver at Angelle Materials, you will play a vital role in our operations by transporting essential construction materials to various job sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Safely operating company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
Loading and unloading materials in a timely and efficient manner
Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our valued customers
Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules
Conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
Providing exceptional customer service while representing the Angelle Materials brand
To succeed as a commercial driver, you'll need:
A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with a clean driving record
Strong commitment to safety and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools
Schedule varies daily. Typical shifts are 8-12 hours daily with varying early morning start times.
