The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - finish. Provide outstanding service to customers, exceeding their expectations with every delivery. Adhere to all traffic laws and driving regulations while efficiently navigating to destinations. Skillfully assemble and install delivered items at customer locations, when required. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery logs, condition reports, PODs and customer signatures. Ensure all items are properly scanned and delivered within the specified Service Level Agreements. Maintain up-to-date logbooks and comply with all transportation regulations. Address and resolve any issues that arise during delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. Actively participate in all training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring safe transport of items. Handle returns and repackaging tasks as required. Manage and dispose of any delivery-related debris in a responsible manner. Serve as the primary point of communication with customers during deliveries, providing updates and answering queries.
