KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete delivery and install of office technology equipment at client sites according to Usherwood standards and directives from the service department. Collect and submit signed delivery paperwork for all stops (i.e.: Lease Delivery and Acceptance form). Communicate with the Integration Team at every stop to keep them up to date on their tickets for deployments. a Collect a picture of both the new equipment and equipment being picked up and send into the assigned email group. Maintain an accurate and compliant ELD report through Cyntrx. Perform daily inspection of the delivery vehicle to be operated. Peruse the delivery calendar to stay aware of appropriate timetable for departure to arrive at your destination on time. Keep an up-to-date DOT physical card. Collect and submit paperwork for return equipment to distribution center team with all relevant information (Serial numbers, meter reads, etc.) When time permits, assist the distribution center staff with tasks in the warehouse (i.e., loading/unloading trucks, organizing/consolidating inventory, cleaning up, running refuse (cardboard, foam, metal) to the applicable disposal site via truck. Acts as the daily point of contact with home delivered clients during meal drop offs. Carries out duties in accordance with State, Funder, and Agency policies and regulations. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Verifies that the proper amount of meals have been provided for distribution according to prepared lists obtained on Smart Phone or tablet. Places cold meals in proper chilling equipment (coolers with ice packs). Places hot food containers in proper heating equipment (insulated containers). Loads food into delivery vehicle. Insures proper temperatures of hot and cold foods maintained throughout the entire distribution period. Transports prepared foods and supplies to drop off points, congregate nutrition sites and homebound clients. Trains volunteers on loading vans and delivering food. Assists with monitoring volunteer workers during delivery; reports concerns to supervisor. Follows dress and sanitation codes. Reports any client related occurrences, incidents or concerns to appropriate Agency staff immediately; logs information reported on driver log; completes Agency incident report if applicable. Completes Agency Vehicle Pre and Post Trip Inspection Form daily; informs Operations Leader of any concerns with vehicle maintenance or interior/exterior of vehicle. Maintains gas records, van records and other reports as required. Maintains internal and external cleanliness of delivery vehicle. Assists with scheduling routine and non-routine vehicle maintenance. Performs other related duties as needed and assists with occasional special events as requested. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have knowledge of food service regulations including NYS DOH Safety and Sanitation Codes. Must be able to apply the fundamentals of nutrition as they apply to the population of the program. Must maintain confidentiality with regard to program and client information. Must have good oral and written communication skills and be able to relate well with all ages. Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with information technology (Smart Phones and tablets, and related equipment.) Must work well in a team setting and be cooperative. Must display good judgment, integrity and tact. Must be able to regularly lift in excess of 35 lbs. Must be flexible with duties and work schedule. Must be organized. Must maintain OCO Driving Certification for Agency and personal vehicles. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.; and Six to twelve months related experience; or Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
