Ensures cores and new returns are processed and/or delivered according to procedure.
Forwards invoices, shipping documents, and payments to appropriate parties daily. Follow business or personal check acceptance policy.
Logs mileage and delivery times.
Maintains routine inspection and cleaning of company vehicle. Reports and schedules with dispatcher any required repairs.
Updates Parts Manager of any repairs and maintenance needed for delivery trucks.
Assists with daily inventory cycle counts.
Assists with warehouse duties.
Helps to maintain professional appearance of Parts Department.
Safeguards information system assets by identifying abnormalities, reporting suspicious activity and/or content, and contributing to the resolve of cyber security problems.

Work Schedule and Travel:

Responsible for keeping vehicles clean, maintained, and completing daily vehicle inspections prior to operating.
Responsible for keeping delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and monies collected secure at all times.
Pick up customer returns, i.e., new, warranty, cores, etc. and fill out driver return slip.
Communicate any problems or special needs from customers to store management.
Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or vehicle damage to store manager immediately.
Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock and secure vehicle at end of day's business.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Other additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking and straightening stock, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, checking in and putting up stock orders, etc.
