General Accountability:

Store all samples in a cooler with ice and deliver to ALS Sample Receiving.

Maintain routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid checks and/or replacements, exterior and interior cleaning of company vehicle.

The Courier Driver position is responsible for collecting and delivering parcels, packages, and various size boxes. You must be able to lift 50 pounds. You must be willing to be able to drive for a few hours at a time. You will be required to make multiple trips to the airports and surrounding areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pick up or delivery of time-sensitive samples and/or equipment between client location and airport.
Position requires driving for various lengths of time in and around San Francisco (SFO Airport).
Evening/nights, weekends, and holiday work is required.
Maintain written log of daily activity.
Ensure vehicles service/basic maintenance is kept up.
Additional tasks as needed per manager, based on the business needs.
Education and Experience
High School completion or equivalent is required.
1 or more years as a courier driver or experience is a plus.
Basic to intermediate experience using Windows operating system and Microsoft software applications is required.
Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be good with directions/using GPS.
Must be organized and be able to prioritize tasks/deliveries.
Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
A customer centric, positive demeanor when interacting with CNW clients and employees.
Can present oneself in a highly cooperative and professional manner.
