LTS is seeking a Courier in Bow Elder, MT for the safe, timely transportation of specimens, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to and from identified locations while meeting scheduled deadlines. The courier will be part of our growing TestandGo healthcare kiosk program and are eligible for our Courier Bonus Compensation. Employees must work in compliance with LTS policies, procedures, professional standards, and program protocols. This position requires the personal use of a vehicle and cell phone.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide reliable service and create a positive customer experience in the field.
Drive to designated specimen collection points (kiosks, drop boxes, or other physical sites) to retrieve samples using personal vehicle.
Load, package, transport, and deliver items to internal and external clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Support the delivery team's success by ensuring items are packaged and labeled correctly and safely delivered to the correct locations/clients.
Maintain effective communication with local program leadership to support kiosk success.
Submit daily collection reports as needed.
Follow provided instructions to test functions at a kiosk to ensure it is working properly and provide information to the production team, as instructed.
Restock kiosks with test kits, as instructed.
May be required to coordinate supply pickup and drop off, depending on program needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Additional Duties:
Must follow all LTS safety, infection control, and professional protocols including, but not limited to, proper donning of Personal Protective Equipment while collecting samples.
Must be able to drive up to two hours radius of assigned area, depending on program needs.
Must follow best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading/unloading supplies
Must plan route with adequate time to meet identified shipping/delivery deadlines.
Must have reliable transportation and mobile phone for use on the job.
Must adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
Must report issues impacting service and/or customer satisfaction in real-time.
Available for flexible, as-needed schedule Monday-Saturday.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic computer and mobile device/phone skills.
One year experience using Excel and comfortable using spreadsheet.
Knowledge using Outlook (email)
Flexibility to work on call.
Ability to pass background check that includes clean driving record.
Active driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven reliability and attention to detail required.
Courier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform job duties while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including mask and gloves in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Ability to work inside and outside for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform job duties while, standing, walking, squatting, bending at the waist, kneeling and sitting for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20lbs. and reach in all directions unassisted.
Ability to use lifting motion over and below waist from 15-20 lbs. without assistance.
