    TITLE: Courier REPORTS TO: Operations Supervisor FLSA: Non-Exempt CATEGORY: Full Time SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm The Courier provides delivery services by motor vehicle and general office support. Assumes responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to employment and banking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES * Transports and delivers deposit transactions, documents, letters and packages to and from destinations according to daily route schedule, and on-call pickups and deliveries as needed. * Accounts for assigned items against receipts and invoices. * Keep detailed records of all pick up and dropped of items. * Maintains vehicle maintenance logs. * Prepares information for client orders and requests. * Charges clients' appropriate fees. SECONDARY DUTIES * Completes assigned Compliance Training schedule. * Maintains compliance with Bank's BSA/AML policies and procedures. * Answers Branch main-line phones when needed. * Assists Tellers with orders/requests. * Processing outgoing mail.
