Reports To: The Courier/Driver will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.
The Courier/Driver provides exceptional delivery and courier services. This position receives orders from a centralized dispatch, retrieves parcels/mail from different local offices, and then delivers the parcels/mail in a timely and safe manner. The position will also serve as a backup to the front or back of office functions.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
Travels a predefined courier route via automobile to deliver mail and parcels throughout the campus.
Keeps log and time stamp of items received and delivered.
Supports chain of custody requirements defined within the operating procedures.
Performs pick-up and delivery of jobs by accurately following a map and/or written instructions.
Follows Operational Service Excellence performance requirements.
Responds to client requests, ensuring the accuracy of the order taken and delivery of the completed orders in a timely manner.
Completes all paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner.
Maintains compliance with state and company standards by operating a vehicle in a safe and lawful manner and following company guidelines in the event of an accident and/or injury.
Presents professional appearance to clients by dressing in professional attire according to company standards.
Has a responsibility for vehicle safety by maintaining routine maintenance on all delivery vehicles (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) according to company specifications.
Services vehicle driven, such as checking fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
Delivers mail and parcels throughout the campus.
Performs pick-up and delivery.
Responds to client requests accurately and in a timely manner.
Services the vehicle driven.
Proactively seeks out additional work during downtime.
Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.

At Braze, Solutions Consultants blend the art of storytelling and sales with the science behind how our technology tactically delivers value for our customers. During the sales process, we help make it real, with the aim of building prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities & team.
Braze is looking to hire a seasoned Solutions Consultant to join our Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) team, based in Seattle. The role will encompass working with several high-profile, in-region global accounts, expanding our footprint within these, while also expanding into net new strategic accounts. While the role maintains a pre-sales focus, you'll be balancing expansion opportunities with retention initiatives. This environment offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated, independent business units within large parent organizations, providing both technical depth and strategic business impact.

This role is an opportunity to expand on your thought leadership skills, while partnering with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams. The role will draw upon your experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success, along with a high level of curiosity about all things tech. You will serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution consulting, sales engineering or pre-sales solution architecture, with at least 8 years of professional experience selling SaaS solutions to large enterprise clients. Additionally, we're looking for candidates with existing technical relationships within some of the region's extensive Fortune 100 companies. While you do not need to have a background as a developer, this role involves working with some of our most technically demanding clients, and you need to be the type who loves rolling up their sleeves and getting under the hood.
The role requires access to the Seattle market and will also include out of region travel, at most 30% at peak times.
