Under general supervision, the Pick Up & Delivery (PUD) provides customer service activities related to picking up and delivery orders to and from FedEx Office stores and customer's place of business. Responsibilities are accomplished by driving a company vehicle and ensuring that regular servicing and cleaning of vehicles is conducted. The PUD Courier will receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher. The dispatcher will have the ability to add or remove stops from the route as needed. The PUD Courier may also be asked to perform other duties within a FedEx Office Store, if there is a period of time where they are not assigned any pick-up/delivery activity. The Courier is an integral part of the company and is responsible for delivering and sorting mail, equipment, medical supplies, and lab samples between locations throughout the Puyallup and Bonney Lake areas. This position requires the ability to prioritize deliveries and pickups throughout the route while maintaining a high level of customer service. Schedule: 11am - 7:30pm M-F with 30 min break. The members of this team will serve in Food Service through general food prep, delivery, presentation and customer service before, during and after meals.
