Job Description
The Regional Advocate develops influential relationships with key regional OEM marketing and sales contacts in OEM programs. They leverage those relationships to ensure the ongoing success of Dealer.com by identifying and acting on opportunities to increase retention, product adoption, advertising spend and overall customer satisfaction across OEM programs.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to key regional stakeholders, building trust in our ability to help them solve problems and meet their goals.
Present to National, Regional and Dealership meetings on Best Practices, Industry Trends and Dealer.com solutions both in-person and via webinar.
Identify potential OEM program escalations. Work quickly to find appropriate solutions, bringing together any necessary resources to resolve issues to the OEM stakeholder's satisfaction in a timely manner.
Monitor DDC customer service performance metrics, present service reviews to clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on improvement opportunities.
Develop content including Need to Know Newsletters, Webinars, QBRs, Solution Presentations and other communications that show that we are thought and industry leaders. Leverage industry and market data with news and updates about our own capabilities and performance highlights.
Be the primary point of contact for key OEM Regional stakeholders and engage in daily communication to build and maintain an effective relationship.
Work with Account Directors and Media Sales Directors to deliver company revenue targets through regional engagement.
Spread awareness and generate interest in current National, Regional and Dealership level initiatives and opportunities.
Leverage solutions that include subscription products and services, advertising and Tier 2 advertising initiatives.
Develop and deliver performance analysis reporting and case studies that illustrate best practices and create opportunities to leverage our solutions.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years experience in a related field
Position requires travel (50%), work extended hours and occasional off-hour schedules in order to ensure that program level initiatives and efforts meet client expectations.
Experience with enterprise client programs, OEMs or auto dealerships is expected.
Strong technical knowledge and competency with Digital Marketing tools and solutions

Summary:
This position coordinates and provides prevention education and programming for the OhioHealth Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO), which includes sexual violence intervention and prevention education, and outreach programs locally in central Ohio. Prevention Advocates facilitate intervention and prevention workshops to promote healthy decision-making through training and education to middle school and high school youth on anti-bullying, healthy relationships, bystander intervention, and interpersonal violence prevention. The Prevention Advocate keeps documentation on services provided and assists with reporting for government grantors. This position reports to the Associate Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.

75%: provide emotional support, crisis response, information, options, safety planning, resources, psychoeducation with a broad focus on all elements of victimization.to survivors and co-survivors via the Helpline or in-person emergency room response

About the Role: Residential Advocate (Safehouse)
As a Safehouse Advocate, you will be the heart of our shelter - a steady, compassionate presence for survivors in crisis. You'll ensure a safe, welcoming environment while responding to urgent needs with grace under pressure.
The Safehouse Advocate position aids individuals and families requiring assistance by performing the
following duties. The Safehouse requires coverage (24) hours per day, (7) days per week. This
position is considered Essential Personnel. This means that staff in this position will be
required to work remotely or be onsite during a Weather Emergency or other Federal and/or
State Mandated Emergency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Ensure safety of clients to include monitoring admission into the building, video cameras, and
setting of alarm system.
Assume responsibility for all scheduled and unscheduled Helpline calls/shifts to include
meeting with walk -in clients after business hours.
Complete shelter screenings to determine candidate meets program requirements.
Be knowledgeable and implement the Trauma Informed Care philosophy by creating a safe,
therapeutic living and working environment for our clients which espouse the proactive
principles of growth, change, and empowerment of the individual.
Provide crisis intervention to client individually, in family, or in other small groups
regarding plans for meeting needs, and aids client to mobilize inner capacities and
environmental resources to improve social functioning.
Assist in co -facilitating structured information groups to Safehouse clients, with the goal of
exploring issues faced by people in abusive relationships.
Accesses and records client and community resource information.
Maintain and accurately document contact in client files as well as in the ETO system.
Meet regularly with the Safehouse Director.
Assist in providing case management support to Safehouse clients through advocacy and
referrals, following the action plan developed by the Case Manager.
Oversee client chores in order to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the Safehouse
Program.
Assists with client transportation and donation pick -up.
Performs light janitorial duties as needed.
Full -time Advocates will work a minimum of six 8 hour holiday shifts per calendar year.
Other duties as assigned by management.

intervention.
Salary: $20.00 per hour, with eligibility to receive the following shit differentials:
$4.00/hour when working any day of the week between 8pm -8am.
$2.00/hour when working Friday between 5pm -8pm.
$4.00/hour when working Saturday and Sunday from 8am -8pm.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm.
