Food Court Attendant
:
Directly reporting to the F&B Manager and/or Sous Chef, the F&B Cashier greets all guests with a warm smile and welcomes them to the establishment. Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the monitoring and replenishing of all food/beverage products in work area by stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate and timely fashion.
- Provides friendly, excellent service to all guest while conducting assigned duties according to procedures.
- Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and presents drinks to guests as required.
- Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner while taking food/beverage orders, accepting payment through cash, credit, comp and delivery of order to guests.
- Accounts for assigned cash drawers, all money received and all transactions recorded during shifts.
- Records all tips collected from credit cards and comps.
- Assists team members in their duties (e.g., refill ice buckets, re-stock coolers, attend to guest needs) as required.
- Ensures work area is neat, clean, sanitized before and throughout shift by wiping counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station
- Checks and prepares all orders for accuracy prior to handing over to guest.
- Maintains knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the outlet.
- Partners with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains all equipment in proper fashion.
- Complete all assigned closing duties at end of shift. Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar or concession stand in accordance with department procedures
- Adheres to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies.
- Resolves service problems according to guidelines
- Supports safety and accident prevention programs ( non-slip footwear, proper lifting ).
- Presents oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same.
- Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to guests.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
- Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Good oral and written communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult customers
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of assigned restaurant throughout shift (minimum of 20 steps or escalator)
- Mathematical abilities including addition and subtraction required.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
