Position Overview:
Courtesy CDJR dealership, is seeking a Fleet Sales Representative to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to promote and sell our automotive fleet solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following below, as well as other responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the Phoenix metro area and nationwide.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the goals of Courtesy Fleet Ram.
Provide detailed product information, proposals, and presentations tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular reports to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the automotive market.
Experience Required:
MUST HAVE CDJR EXPERIENCE.
Proven experience in automotive fleet sales or a similar B2B sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with automotive industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

Courtesy Chevrolet is currently looking for an experienced, competitive, insurance licensed individual a PLUS, to work inside our insurance agency. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, friendly, outgoing and sales driven who can build rapport and use what they uncover in conversations to help sell insurance. Our agency is located inside a busy dealership that sells over 300 cars a month. You will follow up on sales leads, service policies, and help the dealership with insurance verification. You must be comfortable walking up to customers, building rapport, and asking for the sale.
This is not a typical 9am-5pm office job. You must be reliable and available to work holidays, weekends and late nights.
Wages include an hourly rate plus commissions based on your individual sales production. Benefits, 401k and PTO after 60 days.
