You will offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged and displayed on the showroom floor; aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles; and maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure that every customer has the ideal shopping experience. What we need from you: * Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promote awareness, and maintain a neat and safe work environment. * Ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well independently and with a team. * The flexibility to work a retail schedule which include nights, weekends, and holidays. * Routinely lift, lower, push and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
