The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. Under the supervision of the Property Director and consistent with the Gaston County Family YMCA Christian Mission, the Property Assistant will be responsible for day to day maintenance of facilities as directed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Daily inside/outside minor maintenance projects. Projects may include but are not limited to; painting, changing light bulbs, pulling weeds, trash detail, minor landscaping maintenance, pest control, etc. Walk around the facility during shifts inside and outside, reporting any necessary maintenance needs to the Property Director.
