Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments. Plan and direct driver's assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete. What you'll be doing: With the use of digital tools, your experience, and industry standards you will… Inspect incoming freight for shortages and damage Document all inaccurate freight shipments Enter freight received into the ERP system Rotate and organize parts and materials efficiently to maintain a well-structured warehouse environment Receive and process incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Assist supervisor with additional tasks and projects as needed Experience and Education Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel/Google Sheets) Manufacturing Software Inventory Software Word Processing software (Word/Google Docs) Electronic Mail Software (Google) Desired Skills Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in basic computer skills Experience with operating a forklift safely Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
