What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of experience in manual labor or a similar field. * Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, power saws, and/or hand tools. * Ability to stand, bend, and lift for 8 to 10 hours. * Willingness to work in a warehouse environment (dust, noise, changing temperatures). * Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift 75 to 100 lbs consistently (250-300 times/day). * Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
