Participate in application of standards including but not limited to Minimum Data Set (MDS) process and all associated documentation including ongoing assessments and care plan development/modification, clinical record entries, policy/procedure development/revision/enforcement, Staff Development, and Infection Control. Serve as a role model to all members of the Pavilions' team in upholding the Organization's Code of Conduct and ensuring compliance by the team through monitoring work performance and interpersonal relationships, addressing employee issues/concerns, conducting regular employee meetings on all three shifts, and participation in employee hiring/evaluations/discipline as needed. Maintain personal, professional growth, participate in educational offerings, and share new information/trends in nursing as related to nursing care in a long-term care setting. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Michigan. BSN preferred. Prior experience in geriatric nursing and management preferred.
