We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RegisteredDietitian (RD) to join our dedicated team. The RD will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and individualized nutritional care to patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis treatment.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for all aspects of nutritional needs of dialysis patients. Works closely with the interdisciplinary team members in order to care for the dialysis patient. Develops a close working relationship with other dietitians in order to facilitate information flow and educational efforts.
