They are expected to set the highest possible example of responsible and ethical work practice and to operate in accordance with agency values. This role is expected to focus on continuous quality improvement of operations. The Shelter operates 24/7 and does not close. The schedule for this role includes weekends and overnight shifts. This role may require occasional flexibility, serving as the designated manager on call at intervals. During these periods, managers may be contacted to provide guidance or support on staff‑related issues when a manager is not on site. Manage Warming Shelter operations during the winter months including winter rotating shelter and offsite shelter locations.
