Very political. Employees are easily terminated. HR is worthless. Punished for taking vacation.

The management at Gateway in Charlotte, NC. The new property manager and new chief Engineer were very unfair. They expected you to lie about projects getting done. The chief engineer was too busy getting others to do his job and making sexual advances to women, when he is supposedly a associate pastor. He was never in the office and left all the time. He isn’t the right person for that job. My personal experience you use to have job security until they came aboard. They came in there and changed all the security and a lot of the engineers because they didn’t like them. Which is very unfair. Especially when everyone they got rid of had been at that business for very long time. That business is going downhill and I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there!
