Job DescriptionBenefits: Free uniforms PT Security Patrol Officer needed 5pm-12am, Monday-Friday (35 hours/week). This officer performs foot patrol duties in a small professional office building in Westerville, OH. The officer performs regular walkthroughs of the building to ensure that office doors are secured and parking lot is clear of suspicious persons/vehicles. The officer MUST BE ABLE TO: Perform a good amount of foot patrol on a continual basis throughout the entire shift. General This position guarantees a minimum of seventy-two (72) flight hours per month and reports directly to the Chief Pilot. The ideal candidate will hold a valid FAA ATP certificate, First-Class Medical Certificate, and be type-rated on multi-engine aircraft (B-737 type rating preferred). Candidates must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), excellent communication skills, and the ability to uphold Eastern Air Express's values in a fast-paced operational environment. Duties and Responsibilities The First Officer (FO) supports the Captain in ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of every flight: Assist the Captain with the safe operation of the aircraft, passengers, cargo, and crew. Perform flight duties as delegated by the Captain and assume command if the Captain becomes incapacitated. Maintain awareness of Captain responsibilities and accept delegated authority as required. Ensure compliance with all FARs, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Maintain a current First-Class Medical Certificate and report any condition affecting flight fitness. Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and clear communication across all phases of flight. Qualifications 2,000 hours total flight time, including at least 500 hours in turbojet aircraft. FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate. FAA First-Class Medical Certificate. FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit. Valid driver's license. Valid passport with worldwide travel eligibility. English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher. Authorization to work in the United States. Strong record of safety and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Narrow-body aircraft experience. Crew Resource Management (CRM) training/experience. In addition: Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment. Willingness to work schedules bid by seniority, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Extensive travel required. Must successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug testing, alcohol testing, and criminal history records check (CHRC). LOCATION: You must live within 2 hours from either Miami International Airport or Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport. Job Description General Security Staff Members shall take a sincere interest in the health, safety, and welfare of all who enter upon The Property and shall pro-actively execute their duties to protect all persons on the property, their possessions, and the common elements of the property. The Security Department Members work at the direction of the General Manager and Assistant Building Manager. The various shifts within the department are scheduled for the following hours: Security #1: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Monday - Friday Security #3: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday Security #4: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday It is the intent of building Management to develop a shared scheduled that will permit Security Staff Members to attain a reasonable work/life balance around the shifts that are required by the facility. Specific Work Duties Conduct watchperson rounds as directed. Perform Common Area surveillance on both the interior and exterior of the facility on a schedule as dictated by building Management. Endeavor to develop and maintain positive interactional relationships with unit owners, residents, and guests. Enforce condominium policies and rules and regulations. Cover breaks, sick time, vacations, and other absences at reception desk. Investigate water leaks, respond accordingly, initiate leak logs and maintenance calls/support. Investigate noise complaints, respond accordingly. Address and engage residents and guests who may be unruly or in violation of building policy in a professional manner while maintaining a calm demeanor. Learn and display basic judgment for need to escalate and involve local authorities when needed. Assist local fire, police, and other emergency responders when they are called to facility. Log all pertinent incidents, rule infractions, observations, and security breaches in daily report logs. Address and clean hazardous or unsightly spills/incidents in common areas. Learn, understand, and execute all emergency procedures. Monitor cameras as directed. Assist in daily handling of package deliveries and pick up by residents. Perform daily pool inspections, water testing, and basic pool cleanings. Execute snow removal, shoveling, and salt application as needed and directed. Special Projects/Assignments From time to time, Management may issue directives which are outside the parameters noted above.
