The recruiter will support the recruiting and hiring process within the HR Department. This role is responsible for coordinating a variety of HR-related duties on a professional level and collaborating with each department and hiring managers regarding recruitment and onboarding.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
* Conducts resume reviews, create and update job description and interview questions, issue pre-employment tests.
* Facilitates new hire orientation, participate in job fairs, lunch and learn programs, and other opportunities to highlight Covenant as a great place to work and attract candidates.
* Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance within the hiring process and mandatory and non-mandatory new hire training.
* Supports with employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate person.
* Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements, Qualifications, and Criteria:
Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
* At least one year of human resource management experience.
* SHRM-CP is a plus but not required.

Job Description:
Our team members perform various day-to-day patient account functions for our Dental program. Under supervision of Dental Billing Manager, the Dental Biller performs patient and third-party billing, remittance advice and payment processing, problem resolution, statement processing, old balance review, and account inquiry.
Responsibilities:
* Reviews encounters to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to claims submission, taking the necessary action to correct charge entry errors by contacting the provider of services, front desk staff, or reviewing charts for proper codes.
* Corrects and rebills clearinghouse-initiated rejections.
* Posts third party payments and denials.
* Appeals and rebills third party denials.
* Follows-up on outstanding A/R.
* Frequently works various queues within medical practice management software to correct registration, charge entry, and ledger errors.
* Matches patient payments for prepaid services to appropriate charges in practice management software.
* Processes and mails monthly patient statements.
* Assists patients with resolution of account balance discrepancies.
* Using a retrospective eligibility report, identifies and rebills accounts found with active coverage.
Administrative / Accounts Receivable
* Reconciles the self-pay payments between the bank statements and practice management software.
Inter-Departmental Coordination
* Provides feedback to front staff and/or clinic managers regarding registration error trends.
* Participates in training the clinical and administrative staff on billing functions, such as insurance eligibility verification and patient payment posting.

Position Summary:
The Therapist I provides individual, group and group therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization mental health facility. Therapists assess the therapeutic needs of clients, develop appropriate treatment plans, and facilitate group, family and individual therapy sessions. Position collaborates with clients, team members, external clinical partners and family members, as appropriate, to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
Essential Responsibilities:
Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions in accordance with the clinical program schedule.
Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports in compliance with State, accrediting bodies, quality guidelines and payor source guidelines.
Completes all necessary documentation within prescribed format and timelines.
Ensures documentation reflects ongoing assessments of client's clinical presentation and behaviors.
Facilitates specialized groups as assigned based on education, training, and experience; supervises and/or co-leads groups with clinical interns, when appropriate.
Selects appropriate interventions to meet the clinical needs of individual clients.
Maintains therapeutic relationships with clients using praise and other reinforcers to encourage appropriate behaviors and attitudes.
Sets limits and holds boundaries in a kind and firm manner.
Conducts effective verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation involving other team members, as needed.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
Attends clinical, consultation, and operations meetings; serves as a clinical advocate for assigned cases.
Communicates client progress with the referral sources, families, parents and/or guardians, as appropriate.
Addresses clients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in a welcoming and respectful manner.
Responds to clients and families with empathy and positive professional skills.
What We Are Seeking:
Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology. Must hold a (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP, LLPC, or LLP) , in good standing, within the state of Michigan. Requires minimum of 2 years' of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.
Other Requirements:
Requires clearance of TB test, criminal background check clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to complete within 30 days of start date.

The Registration Supervisor audits work to identify trends, assess individual proficiency, and identify areas for retraining or process improvement. Specific duties include:
* Direct the registration and scheduling process for assigned program areas, which may include Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Mobile, and ancillary programs. Organize workflow, develop procedures & training aides, and assign responsibility for the following tasks:

* Work with appropriate internal staff or external vendors to resolve registration or scheduling issues that arise within the EMR system.
Policy & Compliance
* Create and maintain detailed registration/scheduling procedures and training guides.
* Participate in the development of revenue cycle policies for Board approval.
Reporting
* Develop and maintain a high standard of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions, formulas, and pivot tables.

The Dental Assistants in our clinics will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the dentist/hygienist in providing quality dental care to patients.
