Position Summary:
Sr. Program Counselor assists students in clarifying and achieving their recovery goals which may include returning to work, continuing their formal education, or seeking volunteer work. Sr. Program Counselors teach skill building courses which support the recovery needs of persons with severe and persistent mental illness, as well as co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Sr. Program Counselors maintain weekly progress notes, attend treatment team meetings, and help foster a collaborative and supportive recovery environment in a psycho educational setting. In addition, it is expected that all Program Counselors support fellow staff members in delivering services and support to the students enrolled in the REC program.

Responsibilities
Provides assistance and guidance to students throughout the structured day at the Recovery Education Center.
Is motivated to work independently but also supportive of other staff in the Recovery Education Center.
Is able to work in an organized fashion, planning ahead and keeping up with duties and records.
Facilitates, implements, and evaluates program goals.
Responsible for fostering and maintaining a safe program environment.
Completes required paperwork used in the daily operation of the program and documents in the member files in an objective and competent manner.
Attends training as required and supports Peninsula functions.
Presents a professional image, both in appearance and delivery of services.
Is punctual and prepared to perform any and all duties and responsibilities.
Meets with program supervisor as needed for supervision and guidance and to keep manager appraised of any student concerns.
Attends weekly Treatment Team meeting and other meetings as required.
Local travel required.
Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
One (1) year of experience in behavioral health setting.
Licensure Requirement:
Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver's license with an F endorsement or a commercial license and state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
Physical Requirements:
Position is classroom-based with daily community interaction. Must be able to teach in a group setting as well as offer individual peer support. Must provide weekly documentation on each student assigned to Program Counselor and meet with Case Managers/Recovery Service Manager as needed.

Responsibilities:
The Family Centered Treatment Specialist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community, and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule.
Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Conduct ongoing revisions of Service Plan and is responsible for implementation of Service Plan.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
Make referrals to services and resources on behalf of the families and children.
Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports, and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
Ensure linkage to the most clinically appropriate and effective services including arranging for psychological and psychiatric evaluations.
Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members.
Monitor and document the status of the consumer's progress.
Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities to include audits, corrections and designated improvement plans and projects.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field is required.
Two years' experience working with youth or families.
Current Family Centered Treatment Certification is preferred.
Additional state specific requirements include:
Ohio
LSW or eligibility for provisional licensure preferred.
North Carolina and Virginia
QMHP or ability to register as a QMHP.
Mississippi
Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi.

The Therapist will provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals. Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes per company policy.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Work closely with other professionals as a multidisciplinary treatment team, to provide holistic care.

The Ambulatory Clinic Supervisor (ACS) ensures a high-quality patient experience through the effective management and coordination of physical and human resources within a busy multispecialty clinic that includes 21 exam rooms used by providers from different departments. This role oversees all front-end operations, including registration, scheduling, and patient processing, and monitors patient satisfaction from an operational standpoint.
The ACS plans, implements, and evaluates administrative and operational systems to ensure the department meets established performance goals and targets. Responsibilities include the day-to-day supervision of support staff, including workload delegation, scheduling, training and professional development, performance coaching, and conducting annual performance appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Lead regular staff meetings and foster a positive team culture.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient registration and billing documentation to maximize revenue. Oversee clinical documentation, coding, and charge entry processes to ensure compliance and billing accuracy.
Identify and implement improvements to registration, scheduling, and billing processes to enhance the patient experience. Evaluate space and scheduling needs to optimize room utilization and clinic efficiency.
Train team members on hospital policies, systems, and compliance with third-party regulations (e.g., DPH, Joint Commission, OSHA).
Monitor and address facility issues impacting daily operations; recommend improvements to the Practice Administrator.
Oversee daily administrative operations including payroll, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Support departmental fellowships, residencies, training grants, and other academic programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Associate's or equivalent experience required.
Bachelor's degree in business or closely related field preferred.
Experience:
Three years of experience required.
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
