ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Relationship Manager develops and manages a portfolio of key individual donors through moves management, leading them on a donor journey to maximize their lifetime value to our critical mission. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors with a special focus on transformational giving prospects. Providing goal-oriented support, direct care, supervision of the youth, developing and leading youth activities. The YAC Youth Development specialist is part of an overall team including, the case manager, program manager, and other support services, who work to engage, empower, and encourage youth toward stability. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with appropriate boundaries with youth. Assess and meet youth's immediate basic needs such as food, clothing, medical attention etc... Manage the day-to-day workflow while providing direct care, supervision, and programming for youth, in accordance to CHMO policies and procedure. ABOUT THE ROLE The Grants Manager is responsible for researching and writing grant proposals to fund Covenant House Missouri (CHMO), its mission, programs, and initiatives, while coordinating input from the various agency department teams, as needed. The Grants Manager is also responsible for all reporting and follow-up with funded grants, as well as the administrative oversight of federal, state, and/or local government grants, corporate and private foundations, and faith-based grants. The Grants Manager is charged with renewing existing grants received by CHMO and researching new grant and funding-related opportunities.
