    The Customer Success Representative ensures exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency by acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing customer commitments, optimizing load execution, and maintaining accurate data integrity to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Collaborate with Planning, Carrier Sales and Fleet Management to maximize utilization and revenue. * Meet specific assigned load count goals to drive company revenue growth. * Solicit freight from assigned customer base via phone and email. * Monitor and report on customer commitments to ensure commitments are met. * Ensure customers with drop pools have sufficient equipment to meet demand. * Monitor and trace shipments to ensure loads are running on schedule. * Provide proactive communication in the event a delay occurs that would affect meeting service requirements. * Ensure all pertinent load information is gathered and stored within the system accurately. * Research and record accurate service data to be used in presentations for internal reporting along with external reporting to customer. * Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Carrier Sales and Fleet teams to ensure load plans are executed and customer expectations are met. * Maintain data integrity in all programs while managing daily responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent communication skills a must; verbal and written. * Have a growth mindset in an effort to drive revenue and profitability * Efficient understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment. * Highly organized, comfortable with prioritizing, and making decisions with good discernment. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibilities, roles and accountability. * Must be a team player. * Have a good understanding of geography and interstate system in the United States. * Be able to calculate transit and understand time zones. * Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills are a must. Education/Experience * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or similar field quired. 1 year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of education required. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * Experience in the logistics industry preferred. Responsibilities * Facilitate smooth and accurate shift handoffs to ensure continuity of fleet operations. * Support the driver of the month recognition program to promote performance and morale. * Enter and manage load-related CPRs (Customer Problem Reports) and EAs (Exception Alerts) to ensure accurate documentation and resolution. * Communicating availability and ETA's to planning and customer service. * Communicate with professional drivers and internal team members to resolve service-related issues quickly and effectively. * Accurately updated TMW, Service trace, and Power BI with correct information. * Assign and manage load preplans to align with service goals and driver availability. * Input and verify load confirmations to ensure freight details are accurate and up-to-date. * Track and trace service performance of freight to proactively identify and resolve service failures. * Confirm driver routing for expirations, maintenance, trade trucks, and home time. * Create a culture of safety and compliance by attending and actively participating in regular safety meetings. * Stay ahead of Safety/DOT Expirations to mitigate lost time due to shutdowns. * Ensure data integrity across all programs. * Deliver clear and timely verbal load instructions to professional drivers. * Manage and coordinate PTA (Projected Time Available) data to optimize scheduling and load planning. * Coordinate and communicate service repower updates to ensure minimal disruption to delivery timelines. * Monitor and utilize primary macros to support effective communication and documentation in transportation systems. Load Planners will also effectively communicate freight needs and create capacity when freight imbalances occur. Responsibilities * Collaborate with customer service and fleet management to determine market needs and maximize available freight and capacity. * Management of assigned fleet and/or market, including but not limited to: * Cost controls, keeping deadhead and out of route miles at a minimum. * Routing drivers' home for time off. * Trailer management. * Analyzing overbooked/underbooked markets and create capacity based on market needs. * Managing local drivers if applicable. * Monitoring preplans for confirmations and execution. * Maintain data integrity in all programs while managing daily responsibilities. * Contribute to our safety culture by keeping a safety-first attitude. * Responsible for assisting in repower support for identified needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent communication skills a must; verbal and written. * Efficient understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment. * Highly organized, comfortable with prioritizing, and making decisions with good discernment. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibilities, roles and accountability. * Must be a team player. * Have a good understanding of geography and interstate system in the United States. * Be able to calculate transit and understand time zones. * Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills are a must. Education/Experience * Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or similar field required. * 1 year of relevant work experience may be substituted for each year of education required. * Prior customer service experience desired. * Prior transportation experience preferred.
