Help job seekers learn about working at CoverMyMeds
Nepotism is rampant. Company has blended multiple departments/businesses into legacy covermymeds but doesn't understand the function of each. They say they value customization for their clients. However, they are trying to push their clients into using one or two rigid business models because it is cheaper. They don't partner with clients on solutions preferring their own processes. They implement programs at a loss and then charge clients through the roof for subsequent changes.
