Dustin Finer is executive vice president of Human Resources at Rovi. Dustin Finer has served as Rovi’s executive vice president of Human Resources since May 2012. Prior to joining Rovi, he was chief of operations and executive vice president at MySpace, where he managed its international business unit, customer experience, business development, human resources, information technologies, administration and facilities groups. Prior to this role at MySpace, he was chief people officer responsible for all HR, IT and administrative functions. Before joining MySpace, Mr. Finer served as senior vice president of Human Resources at Fox Interactive Media, where he led human resources for News Corporation’s digital assets, including MySpace, Fox Audience Network, IGN, Rottentomatoes.com, Photobucket.com, Digital Publishing Group, and Foxsports.com. Mr. Finer also served as senior vice president of Human Resources at Gemstar-TV Guide International, and held a number of senior level roles at Ascent Media Group, including senior vice president of Global Human Resources, associate general counsel and chief litigation counsel. Mr. Finer holds a Juris Doctorate, Top 10%, Order of the Coif, from McGeorge School of Law and a B.A in Political Science from University of California, San Diego.

Matthew Foulston is the EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Covetrus (NYSE: CVET).

Prior to Covetrus Matthew was the EVP and CFO of TreeHouse Foods (NYSE:THS).

Prior to this he was CFO of Compass Minerals (NYSE: CMP), a publicly traded salt and plant nutrition company in Kansas City. He also was a member of the Board of Produquimica, a leading Brazilian micronutrient company.

Before joining Compass Minerals, Matthew was Senior Vice President, Operations/Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at Navistar where he led finance and accounting activities across the Truck, Engine, and Parts segments as well as Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations.

Matthew also was Chair of the Board of the Blue Diamond Truck and Parts joint ventures with Ford.

Prior to this he was Vice President & CFO of the Truck Business at Navistar where he led a global team of finance professionals in North & South America, India, and China driving the finance and accounting process for this $8+bn business.

Before joining Navistar, Foulston was Senior Vice President & CFO, Mazda North America where he directed all finance, accounting, treasury, and tax matters for this $8bn business with operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. In this capacity he also was a member of the Board and Audit Committee for Auto Alliance International, a joint venture between Mazda and Ford.

Prior to this assignment at Mazda, Foulston enjoyed a 20 year career with Ford which included assignments in the U.K., U.S., and Germany.
