What You'll Do:
Handle incoming and outgoing non-professional level phone inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
Update patient demographic information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Respond to inquiries and provide information such as business hours, delivery services, price information, prescription status, and/or refill availability.
Ensure that all newly enrolled mail-order patients have been completely and successfully signed up.
Actively promotes and educates patients on all pharmacy services, including the mail order process and auto-refill.
Complete third-party rebilling process, including contacting insurance companies for authorization.
May perform Lead duties by acting as a liaison between staff and the direct supervisor. Manages breaks, lunches, sick calls and overtime. Provides insights to leaders regarding the skill level and performance of the employees. Responsible for providing training to new employees and existing staff when needed. Performs quality audits as directed.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
One year of pharmacy assistant, office, administrative, patient care, call center or customer service experience.
Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at a level 9
Knowledge of medical billing and terminology preferred
Effective communication and customer relations skills, conflict resolution abilities, and teamwork proficiency
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and basic 10-key proficiency

Duties and Responsibilities As a Marine Interdiction Agent, you will perform marine-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties may include: • Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities. • Interpreting radar data to calculate appropriate intercept while tracking vessels and people to a successful interdiction. • Searching persons, vessels, baggage, and cargo for contraband or weapons incidental to detention or arrest. • Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.

Qualifications
Experience:

Certifications:

We are a locally owned and growing company with two branches with over 50 employees seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is eager to take ownership of our financial operations today and grow into a Controller-level role tomorrow.
Position Overview
The
Full Charge Bookkeeper will handle payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting and other bookkeeping duties with accuracy, integrity and reliability. Over time, the role will expand to include trend analysis, process improvements, budgeting, and more strategic financial support for ownership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys financial operations and may want to advance their career into an Accounting Manager / Controller role in a stable, growing company.
Key Responsibilities (Immediate)
Process bi-weekly payroll for ~50 employees through BambooHR.
Manage Accounts Payable, vendor invoices, and payments.
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports in QuickBooks (P&L, balance sheet, reconciliations).
Maintain clean and organized accounting records.
Support CPA with year-end financials and compliance.
Prepare and file tax documents and payments.
Growth Opportunities (Future)
Analyze financial trends (labor costs, revenue patterns, vendor spend).
Implement efficiency improvements in accounting processes and reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Partner with ownership in evaluating strategic decisions.
Move into a Controller-level role as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and payroll systems (BambooHR a plus).
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, GAAP, and accounting best practices.
Comfortable with Excel and using technology to streamline accounting processes.
Self-starter with a detail-oriented mindset and the desire to grow professionally.
Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $65,000 $80,000 DOE
Future Growth Potential: Up to $85,000+ as role expands to Controller-level responsibilities
