SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Assist the Area Manager in preparing a business plan for the pump shop and implement actions that will achieve annual year over year growth as measured by revenue, market share and profit. Direct and manage pump shop technical, customer service and administrative staffs to grow revenue by securing new business in new markets and expanding business with existing clients. Create an organizational culture and work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates a skilled work force. Manage and/or generates sales orders from Pump Service Records (PSR) for pump product line and Phone Order forms for sucker rod pumps and supply products for items sold to customers. Achieve standards for pump shop operations and implement corrective action plans when standards are not met. Manage the Purchase Order process for product purchased for resale. Report monthly results and forecasts to Area Manager, explain variances, and plans to grow positive variances and to reduce and eliminate negative variances.
