Paid time off.
Toxic work environment. HR is terrible, leadership is unprofessional, inept, and rude. The gossip from leadership is harmful, staff are treated poorly, and the tribe has no idea how bad it is for employees.
Time off
There are maybe 1-2 executive level leaders that care about the work environment, but the tribal manager avoids conflict, they take everything at have value and didn't care to understand how to create and support a healthy work environment.
Terminate the toxic leadership and start over with quality people who want to do good work. There is so much corruption, most don't know about it as it's well hidden, but there is no consistency with their grievance policy, executive leaders make up their own policies and tribal leaders are not told about the problems.
I didn't, but it's not worth an interview to work there.
Higher for certain positions.
It's mostly non-native. Those that are native don't act like it, so it might as well be a non-native company.
The staff, the time off, meeting with other tribal programs.
Pay, benefits
Tribal leadership, no clear strategic plans, managers are not taught management skills. Zero communication between management team and staff. No structured discipline and greviance policy that is consistency followed. The overall issue is tribal leadership have created an environment of fear esp for tribal members working there
Pay and health benefits. Workers on the front line are generally wonderful
