The Portfolio & Change Management team is a Center of Expertise within the People Solutions function of Cox Automotive Inc., a division of Cox Enterprises Inc. The PM/CM team is an internal consulting function within Cox Auto and as such partners with internal business clients and Human Resource Business Partners to deliver project and change management leadership and support. Specific engagements the PM/CM team include process changes, organizational changes, technology implementations, and cultural changes. The specific goal of the Change Management team is to assist employees navigate through change effectively and quickly, enabling them to achieve strategic goals and deliver business results. The Project & Change Managers will partner together to deliver on our strategic People Solutions priorities to ensure smooth implementation.
The *Change Management Senior Manager* for Cox Automotive will support enterprise-wide initiatives, and is responsible for assessing change needs, developing change management strategies and plans, developing and implementing change management tools and techniques, delivering workshops to working teams and leadership teams, and using and promoting consistent change management methodology and tools across Cox Automotive. This role will cohesively work with the Portfolio Management leader to build repeatable processes to effectively deliver on projects, integrating a coordinated change and project delivery approach. This role is responsible for partnering directly with and influencing Cox Automotive executives, leaders, and Human Resource Business Partners to enhance organizational performance by implementing change management themselves and assisting others to implementing change within their own organizations. This role will act as an internal consultant leading large complex transformational change efforts across Cox Automotive
The Change Management Senior Manager role will report to the Director, HR Operations for Cox Automotive.

* Partner with Project Managers, Communications, Training, Human Resources, and Organizational Development and Organizational Design specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation
* Responsible for leading other change managers, including full-time and/or contractor resources and providing them with repeatable and standard methodologies to ensure streamlined execution of change management strategies
* Work with and/or lead project teams to integrate change management (including training development, communications, org design/formation) activities into overall project plans
* Create or provide change management leadership in the planning and creation of frameworks for change management, including change advocate approach, sponsor roadmap and alignment, communications and engagement plan, leadership action plan, org alignment approach, training and performance support plan, resistance management plans, and coaching plans
* Develop and execute communication programs to ensure that message development and execution are consistent in voice, processes, tools, and services provided to customers
* Design and deploy change strategies, identify risks, measure end-user experience/opportunities and consult with project leads to build the appropriate strategy and tools into the project plan.
* Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings and recommendations in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
* Work across multiple diverse teams on highly complex projects, including guiding internal stakeholders on employee experience and change management best practices and approaches.
* Develop trusted partnerships and acts as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of sponsor for the change required by a project or initiative.
* Implement feedback and measurement systems to perform quantitative assessments of change success and adoption, soliciting feedback from stakeholders and ensuring that behavioral changes align with objectives
* Define and measures success metrics and monitors change progress. Performs qualitative and quantitative assessments of change success and change adoption and develop strategies to address challenges, risks, or gaps. Identifies evolving project deliverables, including changes in project scope and potential conflicts, develops and implements plans to remove barriers and resolve issues.
* Consult and coaches project teams to incorporate agile, innovative, and adaptable change management methods to increase the success of projects and initiatives. Provides change management expertise to leaders and teams throughout the enterprise through presenting, teaching, and training. Possesses deep knowledge of change management principles, practices, methodologies, and tools. Demonstrates proven experience in applying these solutions to drive sustainable business results.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree in Organization Development and/or Effectiveness, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field and 10 years of experience driving results for internal and/or external consulting teams in a change management role, with 3 years experience in a management or lead role OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
* Preferred Qualifications:*
* Masters degree.

Cox Automotive is seeking a *Senior Release Train Engineer* to join our team. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, this is a temporary work from home role but will ultimately work in the Groton, CT office.
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) has primary purpose of supporting an Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in large environments. The RTE helps resolve and escalate impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement. The RTE is accountable for the overall coordination, execution and delivery of value through the program while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management

* Facilitates the coordinated preparation and execution of release planning for the ART. This includes:
* Working with the ART team who prioritizes the features to be considered in the next program increment (PI) planning cycle.
* Facilitate the ART teams refinement of features to be considered in the next PI planning cycle to meet the Feature Definition of Ready.
* Assists the ART in communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.
* Ensures effective communication and coordination for and during quarterly planning.
* Manages change to the ARTs PI plan and the impacts of those changes.
Portfolio, Program, and Project Support

* Facilitates ART transparency with external parties, as well as with the teams on the release train. This includes:
* Backlog management and ALM tool data integrity for accurate reporting. May include the collection of metrics, KPIs, investment mix reporting, and other reporting as needed by the ART or organization.
* Facilitation and relentless improvement of periodic ART reviews with organizational leaders and stakeholders to provide clarity on the expected value delivery and to gain stakeholder feedback on changes to direction the release train may need to take.
* May include participation in and assisting in the improvement of the System Demo.
Business Process Improvement

* Assists the ART to relentlessly improve through the facilitation of ART Retrospectives quarterly, or more often as needed, to improve backlog management, ART reviews, sprint reviews, or ART coordination and higher-level function.
* Active membership in the RTE Community of Practice helping the organization to maintain alignment, learn new techniques, and improve technical and quality practices. Work with RTE community to determine ways to help ARTs across the company improve cross-train and solution group coordination and collaboration.
Release and Deployment

* Facilitates coordination of major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams or ARTs are involved in development.
* Facilitates the coordination of initiatives that cross multiple release trains.
* Facilitates resolving or reporting escalated issues involving risk, or dependency management that may be hindering the teams ability to deliver features. Scrum Masters and teams facilitate the resolution of impediments, dependencies and risks within their span of influence.
Other

* The RTE may be called upon to lead projects that impact the ART but may not require work being added to team backlogs.
* Assisting in the execution of product vision.
* Facilitate production support, and relentless improvement of operational workflows and communication, etc.
* Coaches the Agile release train to improve in the implementation of Agile processes, practices, and mindset.

Job Description:
Under limited supervision, the Service Desk Analyst I support multiple functions within the department by providing support within the data workflows. The Service Desk Analyst I is the first line of contact for management, internal and external clients and reviews daily processes for maintenance, process improvement, research and analyzing file processing errors and service level agreements.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, this is a temporary work from home role but will ultimately work in the Sacramento or Wilimington office.

* Monitor the constant flow of data and automation processes according to predefined expectations
* Manage multiple tasks and work according to criticality and prioritization to meet departmental and client SLA requirements
* Aid and support technical staff internally and externally
* Verify files are formatted, named, and encrypted according to predefined expectations
* Verify file locations and files are properly archived
* Analyze files, logs, reports, and processes to find and identify errors
* Perform investigation, analysis, documentation, and solution proposal for technical issues
* Respond promptly to file delays, issues, or concerns
* Manage test tasks and test environments while working with other departments
* Work with databases
* Manage service orders, error queues, and performance tracking requirements
* Use support software programs, utilities, and executables to manage daily processes
* May be expected to review, format, and input data for computer processing
* Maintain and revise procedural lists
* Research data and application issues using documented specifications
* Provide various levels of troubleshooting assistance to internal and external clients
* Create new or update existing batch files
* Create new or update existing ASP page
* Attend meetings pertaining to new onboarding clients and state
* Record issue status and resolution in trouble ticket system
* Identify and resolve file processing issues
* Communicate with stakeholders about status of issues, proposed resolution, and timelines
* Create system documentation as required
* Perform metrics and progress tracking, and reporting

* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of Information Technology.

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) has primary purpose of supporting an Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in large environments. The RTE helps resolve and escalate impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement. The RTE is accountable for the overall coordination, execution and delivery of value through the program while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments and goals.
* RESPONSIBILITIES*
Program Management
* Facilitates the coordinated preparation and execution of release planning for the ART. This includes:
o Working with the ART team who prioritizes the features to be considered in the next program increment (PI) planning cycle.
o Facilitate the ART teams refinement of features to be considered in the next PI planning cycle to meet the Feature Definition of Ready.
o Assists the ART in communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.
o Ensures effective communication and coordination for and during quarterly planning.
o Manages change to the ARTs PI plan and the impacts of those changes.
Portfolio, Program, and Project Support
* Facilitates ART transparency with external parties, as well as with the teams on the release train. This includes:
o Backlog management and ALM tool data integrity for accurate reporting. May include the collection of metrics, KPIs, investment mix reporting, and other reporting as needed by the ART or organization.
o Facilitation and relentless improvement of periodic ART reviews with organizational leaders and stakeholders to provide clarity on the expected value delivery and to gain stakeholder feedback on changes to direction the release train may need to take.
o May include participation in and assisting in the improvement of the System Demo.
Business Process Improvement
* Assists the ART to relentlessly improve through the facilitation of ART Retrospectives quarterly, or more often as needed, to improve backlog management, ART reviews, sprint reviews, or ART coordination and higher-level function.
* Active membership in the RTE Community of Practice helping the organization to maintain alignment, learn new techniques, and improve technical and quality practices. Work with RTE community to determine ways to help ARTs across the company improve cross-train and solution group coordination and collaboration.
Release and Deployment
* Facilitates coordination of major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams or ARTs are involved in development.
* Facilitates the coordination of initiatives that cross multiple release trains.
* Facilitates resolving or reporting escalated issues involving risk, or dependency management that may be hindering the teams ability to deliver features. Scrum Masters and teams facilitate the resolution of impediments, dependencies and risks within their span of influence.
Other
* The RTE may be called upon to lead projects that impact the ART but may not require work being added to team backlogs.
* Assisting in the execution of product vision.
* Facilitate production support, and relentless improvement of operational workflows and communication, etc.
* Coaches the Agile release train to improve in the implementation of Agile processes, practices, and mindset.

? Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years experience OR MS w/ 2+ years experience OR 9 years experience of equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
