Key activities in the role:
* Work with the Branch and Sales Manager to develop strategic sales plans.
* Prospect new business and build a strong pipeline.
* Hunt new opportunities within existing business by developing strong relationships with other Sales Representatives and Account Managers within the Motion Asia Pacific.
* Manage your portfolio and ensure that our customers are receiving premium service.
* Work closely with branch staff to ensure continuous customer service excellence.
To be successful in this role you need to:
* Good experience in solution selling industrial products, Bearings, Power Transmissions products and services.
* Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning and sales strategy skills.
* Demonstrated in building a strong pipeline.
* Develop innovative ideas and strategies in sales planning and forecasting.
* Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within existing customers.
* High energy, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
* Valid and current driver licence

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record

Job Summary
The National Accounts Sales Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities and meeting sales goals by building and maintaining relationships with designated Miner National Accounts.
Job Responsibilities
* Drive and manage the sales process with designated national accounts based on the agreement executed between Miner and the national account. This includes: Contacting defined locations; Identifying client solutions; Negotiating; Quoting & Closing sales; and maintaining communications based upon Miner's approved tracking procedures.
* Drive KPI results to target including: site calls, site visits, site activations, revenue, gross profit, SafeACT sold, SafeCHECK sold, quotes generated, quotes closed-won, quotes closed-lost.
* Act as a "solutions expert" consultant in helping partners with their unique business challenges and strategic initiatives.
* Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing national account sales within a defined territory / region.
* Collaborate with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.
* Work seamlessly with National Account Managers to address barriers or customer issues promptly.
* Utilize company CRM / Tracker to provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in assigned territory.
* Utilize SafeACT to provide recurring service to customers - Volume to be defined.
* Utilize SafeCHECK to provide national account surveys & summaries - Volume to be defined.
* Attend company national account introductory (rollout) sessions and/or training programs and accompany other associates or managers during ride-alongs to promptly penetrate defined national accounts.
* Prepare appropriate specifications and level of service expectations in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Calculate accurate job costs & market-based pricing for solutions.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service when communicating with customers.

About The Role
For the Sales Consultant role, we are seeking a confident, passionate, and tech-savvy sales consultant with experience in automotive or related field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry, with a proven ability to engage with clients and deliver distinguished, memorable experiences. What You Will Do - Essential Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized and memorable customer experiences.
Be the vehicle expert. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles and non-brand vehicles (pre-owned cars), including features and benefits.
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations, showcasing Subaru's commitment to innovation, and sustainability.
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and providing comprehensive after-sales support.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the Subaru brand.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Timely follow-up on company-provided leads (no cold calling)
Call on unsold estimates and work diligently to close the sale
Establish customer rapport; ask open questions to determine the customer's needs
Present the right products and service solutions

Qualifications
