About the Role
The Director of Treasury is a senior finance leader responsible for enterprise-wide liquidity management, cash strategy, banking relationships, and treasury governance across ICBD Holdings and its controlled operating entities. Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, finance operations, or a related field in high‑growth environments; bonus point: management consulting background.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial process management, data interpretation and decision‑making frameworks.

Role Summary
As an engineer focusing on cellular and wireless integration for the Connected Systems Integration Team at R|V Tech, you will work alongside software developers, systems integrators, and system engineers to support features such as cellular, WiFi, Ethernet and GPS domains along with telematics, mobile app integration, and other Internet-dependent vehicle features, with a primary focus on cellular systems integration and bring-up.

Responsibilities
Your typical day looks like this:
Attend meetings with development teams to understand new system designs and to align on test plans and expectations.
Create design documentation and test plans for a new cellular feature implementation.
Perform cellular testing using a specialized test chamber and test equipment; work with test equipment vendors to ensure compatibility and system integrity for automation.
Perform complementary cellular testing on-vehicle using a prototype or fleet vehicle.

Job Description
SIGN ON BONUS of $2000 for eligible external candidates & $1000 for eligible internal candidates. Paid in 2 increments: The first installment following 90 days of continuous employment. The second installment following 180 days of employment.
* This position is a residential sales position and does require door to door sales. You must live in either Northwest Arkansas or the Fort Smith, Arkansas area.*

What You'll Do
As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to generate new leads, sales, and upgrades. That means becoming a wiz at sales prospecting, referrals, partner relationships, and door-to-door canvassing and networking through an assigned territory. You'll be the architect of your own face-to-face sales presentations, from creation to delivery, and you'll be involved in touchpoints from assessing residential customer's needs to closing the sale.
You'll also:
* Get to know and grow with homeowner associations, multi-dwelling unit managers, leasing agents and others to help generate sales.
* Get to assist with training new hires, team with other departments, and partner with leadership to unearth new approaches to growth.
* Work a shift that will include evening and weekend hours to maximize customer contact opportunities
* Of course, you'll need to maintain the highest ethical standards, follow company policy, and be professional when representing us, taking ownership of the customer experience.

As part of a customer loyalty-driven team, highly motivated individuals could receive a targeted annual amount of $63,424. This reflects the full-time salary base rate of at least $30,928 and target commission is $2,708 a month. Targeted total compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: location, candidate experience level, and successful completion of minimum sales targets. There is potential to earn up to and beyond $90,000 annually as a high performer. Employees are provided with a two-month ramp-up period during which they earn full commission, allowing them time to adjust to their new role.

Who You Are
You're energetic; always on the move. You love a fast-paced work environment, and you like being outside and building relationships in the field. Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience
* Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
* Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate a Smart Phone, iPad and a computer
* Ability to work outside in all types of weather: heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
* Ability to walk 1 ½ or more miles a day and up and down stairs within your residential territory
* Must be able to carry an iPad with case and a light bag with marketing materials for 5 plus hours a day
Preferred
* Knowledge of local market with established local contacts
* 1+ years of outside/field sales/door-to-door or related experience with quota requirements
* Experience in residential direct sales, home security or telecommunications industry
