Job Description
This position is NOT remote- it is conducted on-site, in office
This position ensures accurate, efficient recording of vehicle and customer information/ during the sale and provides administrative support to the auctioneer on sale days from a local Cox Automotive Manheim location virtually. The Auction Support Specialist verifies sold vehicle information for accuracy prior to completion of transaction and obtains customer signatures as appropriate. This position may perform other duties remotely as identified for efficiencies.
Part time position: Approximately 6-10 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule)
Sign on Bonus:
$1,000 Sign on Bonus after 90 days of employment
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
* Work with auctioneer virtually to verify system information accurately represents vehicle.
* Verify vehicle run order to ensure appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.
* Operate monitor virtually, work with auctioneer to review Simulcast bids.
* Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support auctioneer.
* Call and E-mail on late titles.
* Utilize salesforce for title absent support.
* Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Generally, less than 2 years of experience
* Effective communication skills required.
* Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced sale-day activities.
* Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
* Ability to lift 1-10 pounds.
* Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Job Description
A Fixed Site Inspector I functions as a member of the Manheim Mobile Inspections team for a designated region with the primary responsibilities of conducting vehicle condition inspections on a client's lot. Their core skill is to provide accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition within the parameters of a Manheim inspection. This position will build trust with clients, engage to help them see the value in the Manheim Marketplace, and to request more inventory to be inspected by providing quality and timely inspections. As Mobile Inspector I, this role will work closely with the Sr Mobile Inspector and/or Mobile Inspector IV as they expand their inspection skills, gain familiarity with the mobile inspection role, and build relationships with clients. This inspector will report out of 15511 E 155th St, Belton, MO 64012.
Primary Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Will work closely with more senior mobile inspectors and mobile inspections management while they expand their inspection skills and gain a better understanding of the role.
* Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection.
* Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer/clients' lot safely.
* Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system to correct VIN, mileage, and sub series.
* Inspect vehicle equipment and options, documenting results including damage, missing or inoperable items.

Job Description
* Distribute and accurately record gasoline disbursed in vehicles.
* Enter fuel usage in AS400 via portable terminal (PT).
* Start vehicles, check fuel gages, mark vehicles that need fuel, and return to fuel them.
* Report and record Auction gasoline levels and alert proper person to avoid running out of gasoline in main fill area.
* Report inoperable vehicles to Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
* Report damage or malfunctioning equipment on vehicles (i.e., pumps, fuel trucks).
* Assist customers in locating vehicles.
* Assist in sale day duties as needed (i.e. drive, act as lane leader, jump start vehicles, etc.).
* Assist in audits of gasoline disbursement when necessary.
* Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
* Exposed to the elements outdoors.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years' experience in a related field.
* Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
Work Environment:
* Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock hazard and toxic or caustic chemicals. Moderate noise level.
