He previously served as a director of EDS and RH Donnelley (presently Dex One Corporation). Mr. Rittenmeyer has a bachelor of arts degree in Commerce and Economics from Wilkes University, and his MBA from Rockhurst University. Pat Basu is a business leader who has served as a senior executive in the corporate, government, private equity and clinical sectors. A former Stanford Physician and White House Advisor, Pat most recently served as Senior Vice President for Optum and United Health Group, a Fortune 10 company and leading provider of health care and health insurance. Pat was responsible for a $9 billion P&L with management spanning 9,000 team-members, regional executives, physicians and nurses.
