Assist the IT Information Security Office in its daily operations. Manage trouble/help tickets. Assist Security Engineers with projects and serve as “backup” for Security devices/systems as assigned. Responsible for communication of changes in federal, state, and institution reporting in order to ensure that the information reported through the Bursar systems are reviewed and are in compliance with Federal and State statutes as well as University Policies and Procedures. Failure to meet compliance could mean the loss of millions of dollars in federal aid and a potential liability to the institution of several millions of dollars.
