Coyne College company history timeline

1899

The school was established in Chicago as a branch of the Coyne Electrical School of Boston in 1899.

2004

Coyne’s Loop Campus was established in April 2004.

In 2004, the school opened two new campuses, one on West Monroe and the other on North Green Street.

2010

In 2010, Coyne American Institute formally became Coyne College.

2013

In 2013, the school established the Coyne American Institute Educational Foundation to assist students of Coyne College as well as students of Brown College.

2014

To create a more cohesive atmosphere, in January 2014 the allied health programs moved from the Loop Campus to the Main Campus on Green Street.
