Pros of working at Coyote Logistics

People that you work with can be nice and friendly.

Cons of working at Coyote Logistics

The management creates a culture/environment for the carrier sales that is high pressure and always demanding more. They work you hard and expect you to continue to grow your portfolio in the face of market changes and always tell you to get the carrier to do the load for less than they did last time. There will be times that you have relationships with your carriers that you grew yourself that get ended because of the company/customer relationship. They will more often do what is in the best interest of themselves and to maintain their customers than help or do the appropriate thing for the carriers that do the leg work to move their customers products for them.
