Pros of working at CPC Logistics

The one pro I can say is the hourly wage and the base salary.

Cons of working at CPC Logistics

2% matching only for 401k then they take the profit of the investment and pocket the money. During 2023 they made $910 million dollars, their drivers are practically begging for better benefits. There is little time off paid. 2 weeks vacation 3 personal days 0 sick time. Communication is terrible. The management team will patronize its workers by hiding public knowledge from them by acting as if times are tough but our company is flourishing and receiving award after award from our customers. That being said… no raises. Honestly this company is very top heavy with how they spend our company money. $70k+ company cars, the unlimited dinners they get to eat while we eat out of truck stops. They are a middle man, need a driver? We have them. You pay for the equipment and wages we (CPC) will cover the insurance. So basically they make a heavy cut off our backs and stick us with cheap insurance. They will fire you after 4 call outs. How is that even human? 0 hope for this company to realize modern day truckers are not stupid. We can see you and through you. This is not a company to retire from.

Everything is a secret. 4 days allotted for call outs till termination. All the times they patronize there own drivers thinking they are stupid. They lack communication.
