Senior Survey CAD Technician The Senior Survey CAD Technician is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, maps, and plans using CAD software. The Senior Survey CAD Technician candidate will have expertise in MicroStation, OpenRoads, Utility design, and scan extraction technologies. The Engineering Intern will perform routine quality engineering tasks using standard procedures under supervision by a Project Engineer. Duties Include: Working in collaboration with the design team to assist in preparation of technical reports, analysis/calculations, and construction documents. Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to Agencies having jurisdiction. Coordination with clients, sub-consultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other parties associated with the project. Periodic travel to perform site investigations and construction observation. Review of specifications and shop drawings, field observations, preparation of inspection reports, and other construction administration tasks.
